The full legal identity and address of the data controller are awaiting confirmation. See the legal notice draft.
Browsing this website
The website code does not include analytics, advertising pixels, embedded social feeds or session recording. Fonts, icons and animation libraries are served from the same site.
Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request data, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure its pages. See Vercel’s privacy notice for information about its handling of data.
Project enquiries
The form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, service interest and message. Once you enable and complete reCAPTCHA, submitting sends this information to our protected server endpoint and then to contact@linkersit.com through Resend. See Resend’s privacy policy.
The endpoint validates the message, checks the spam-verification token and applies a submission limit. It does not create a message database. Temporary anti-abuse counters use a keyed hash of the connection IP and expire after one hour. They are held in server memory, or in Upstash Redis when shared rate limiting is configured. A short-lived cookie protects against cross-site submission.
Google receives verification-related browser and device information when you enable reCAPTCHA. The token is checked by our server. See Google’s Privacy Policy. You can avoid loading reCAPTCHA by contacting us directly by email.
The applicable lawful basis, access controls and retention period for received enquiries must be confirmed before this notice is finalised.
News and updates
The updates field prepares an email request. It does not add you automatically to a mailing list. If a newsletter service is introduced, its consent, provider and unsubscribe arrangements will need to be described before use.
Browser storage
When you dismiss the cookie notice, the site stores linkersit-cookie-notice-v1 with the value dismissed in local storage. This prevents the notice appearing on each visit. It contains no contact details and remains until you reset it or clear browser storage. See cookie information.
Your information and rights
You can contact us to ask about information you have sent, or request access, correction or deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict processing, object to certain uses, receive a portable copy or withdraw consent where consent is the basis.
These rights depend on the circumstances and applicable jurisdiction. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority. For information about rights in France, see the CNIL guidance.
Changes
This notice must be updated if the forms, hosting, tracking tools or other data handling change. Review the date above for the latest version.
